Medawatta Villa

We booked for one night and stayed 10… and didn’t want to leave! The most welcoming, accommodating and friendly staff who went over and above to make us feel at home. Only a 10 minute walk from Mirissa center but you feel completely immersed in nature (with the monkeys passing every day) Having a shared kitchen is a great bonus too Can’t fault this stay at all. Love the place and the people. I really hope to be back.

The owner, Kusal, were extremely helpful with everything! The bed were also very, very comfortable and the aircon worked well.

The kitchen area needs some attention, for example there were no coffee mugs.

Great place for the price! We extended our period more! It has privacy and it’s close to the beach and restaurants. Good location. Also the room was big and it had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very nice! Thank you for everything.

Nice patio and garden, you can use the kitchen.

Ants in the bathroom, a lot of flies during the day and a lot of mosquitoes during the night. It's nobody's fault but it was very annoying. Guy cleaning the garden in front of our room at 6 in the morning every day and super loud. Way too warm inside the room.
