Really good value for your money. It is 5-10 min walking distance from the center. But you save so much money, which you can use to go back and forth by Tuktuk!

It's 6 min walk from the beach. The beds were comfy.

It's so hot in apartment and the fan is not enough. There is no hot water in one bathroom.

Lovely people, great location surrounded by nature and off the main road.

Delicious breakfast available, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful location only 10-15 mins walk from Mirissa beach. We also loved the animals! Amazing value for money.

Villa owners are amiable, kind, and sincere people. Always ready to help. I don't ride a scooter or bicycle, so for me, it was very important to have everything necessary within walking distance, feel safe, and stay in a quite area. The massive advantage for me was that the villa is located a bit inland right on a calm road. So I had everything I need (laundry service, market, supermarket, cafes, etc.) within 10 min walk. The place is nice and has good value for the money. Clean room, quality bed linens/towels, hot water. They have a small garden and lovely pets!

The only disadvantage for me was that the room had no A/C. Because the room was in a single-floor building, it got hot during the day and even in the evening. The fan was not enough.

The location was perfect. Calm and peaceful. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the monkeys 🐒 swing from tree to tree and yet a short walk to some lovely restaurants/ bars shops etc Delightful hosts, very friendly and helpful and of course a brilliant price
