A super selection , lots of choice and an amazing hearty full English breakfast with top quality ingredients superbly presented . Along with ample toast tea and coffee. Our host could not do more to make us feel welcome and valued.

I honestly can’t think of more that could be done to make you feel at home and comfortable

Spotless well furnished and welcoming . Pat the owner was very friendly and helpful and could not do more to make feel at home and welcome . Breakfast was first class,, good ingredients well cooked and presented.

Exceptional breakfast, very friendly welcome and communication. Easy walking distance (5 mins) to town centre shops and restaurants, and easy access to Shanklin Esplanade, you can walk, or better still take the Shanlin Lift (2 minute walk from St Leonards) Very quiet neighbourhood, very comfortable bed and pillows, I slept better here than I do at home. https://iwc.iow.gov.uk/council/OtherServices/Shanklin-Lift

I sometimes had problems booking reservations for Dinner over the internet using the WiFi, I'm not very tech savvy so that could have been me, or my device, I don't have a smartphone , so probably no problem for most people.
