The St. Leonards Guest House

The property is in walking distance to bars and restaurants and was spotless. Pat is a great host and makes you feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, including continental and full English. Shanklin beach is a short walk and there is a cliff lift to take you down.

Room was clean and location was ideal - 10 mins from the beach and from the station Breakfast was included and tasty

Rooms didn't have elevator access and shower/toilets were narrow

I strongly recommend this guest house. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently situated near the town centre and train and bus stations - all a short walk away.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach and the town centre.

Our host Pat and Karen who served our breakfasts which was first class , the accomadation was spotless could not fault it in any way , all in all it has to be 10/10 from us.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and hot. Duvets and pillows were duck down feather a massive bonus. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Peaceful location near to town and beach. Lovely individual rooms. Very comfortable and bathroom good including shower. Nice little garden outside with an honesty bar. Good offroad parking. Breakfast was wonderful and both ladies are lovely x

I'm just being picky here.... Everything was fine! - Wardrobe was an open affair. I rather shut my clothes away and not look at them. The long walk to the top floor 😅 . (can't be helped) Insufficient lighting outside the front door. (Was hard to see the key and lock) .
