"Disappointing"

The shower door didn't close all the way and water overflowed. When l mentioned it to the host l was told l could use the mop in one of the closets if necessary, not the response l hoped for. Also, there was a dead cockroach in the hallway for almost three days which implies nobody checked the common areas to clean them
