the glass doors between to toilet and wall, is English are quiet reserved about toilets

Room was up to date and spotlessly clean. We arrived early and they were extremely accommodating with our luggage. Tea/coffee facilities. Perfect location for an early train!

There are no staff on site (we had no problems but it felt strange). There was a pump that whirled on and off so the noise made it hard to settle. Small problem really as it was a great place for our early train.

The property is extremely conveniently located very close to Palermo Centrale train station, easy contactless access with great communication, immaculately clean and good size room, and large warm bathroom, comfy bed, and quiet. Perfect for an overnight stopover, and would be comfortable for a longer stay.

nothing

1. the TV network is unstable. 2. no lift and no prior notice. Although it is just 1st floor, for 28" & 30" luggages which is difficult to bring up & down in that narrow staircase! 3. no cleanup and no towels exchange!
