This can be used upon request and prior arrangement directly with the property only. The Ground Floor Double Room with Shower (Room 5) is the only room with another room above it. Please note that certain rooms have age restrictions on children - please contact the property for more information or your reservaiton may be canceled. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely venue in a great location!!"

I liked that the location was not in the busy town-centre, but still close enough. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed linen and towels are of very good quality and the room was very nice. Kim and Peter were both very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was very nice and the selection of what you can have is very good. The ingredients were of a high quality and I assume it’s from local suppliers which is great. Another great plus is that there is a very nice country style pub across the road. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this venue to other people.

There is nothing I disliked.

Good breakfast. Owners very efficient. Our own parking space. Pub over the road although very quiet on the Wednesday!

Ceiling in room was low. Owners advised which room to book next time....check on their website!

"Quiet, comfortable and relaxing."

Good location for us within a few minutes of Sidmouth — which was where we needed to be during the day. Great having the pub a short walk down the lane. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. I'd definitely stay there again if they have rooms the next time I visit Sidmouth

"Perfect first days on our UK holiday."

Restored property, lots of charm. Clean and proprietors were welcoming and shared good info. Very much evidence of the care from the owners.

Minor detail: would have liked to put feet up in lounge using recliners. Not plugged in? Otherwise very nice stay.

Excellent, lots of choice at Breakfast , very well presented and cooked to perfection.

Room was slightly smaller than we were expecting, but very comfortable none the less. Appreciated little touches like the plug in night light .......
