The Barn and Pinn Cottage

The owners are very friendly and helpful and the rooms although small, are very clean and well maintained. Everything was very well organised and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Breakfast was limited to a 30 minute window which was a little restrictive. The bathroom was tiny even for someone of average height (which I’m not) and it made it difficult to use the facilities.

Lovely location - cottage was beautifully kept, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The cottage is ideally situated and very quiet and peaceful, excellent for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was superb with the best ingredients. Kim and Peter are both huge characters and were extremely welcoming. Thank you both

The bedroom (no.8) was a tad small but we loved it! Couldn’t fault anything else.

Location,looks, ticked all the boxes. Pleasantly Greated , with complementry refreshment brought to us in prety garden.

Room comfortable, but wardrobe, stuck out, making it small and awkward .

Excellent breakfast; the finest example of a 'full English'. Well appointed rooms. The establishment has kept the attractive idiosyncrasies of a period cottage but combined them with the comforts of a modern hotel.

Filling in a tick box sheet of what you wanted for breakfast, no interaction. Having my honey put on my porridge for me. Having a banana served chopped in a bowl.
