Il Malconsiglio

The home is beautiful. It was the first time I stay in a place like this so I was very much in awe. The bed was big a comfy, the bathroom clean with a shower with warm water. It had a very comfy kitchen with everything you need. The host was very kind too! There was some snacks to eat for breakfast, were very much appreciated. It's very close to the Piazza del Duomo where the concert I was attending was, as someone that does line very early to see this band, having the place very close was very much appreciated! Check out instruction were pretty simple. Oh if one day I get to come back, I would stay here again. Pistoia is such a charming and lively town. I'm pretty happy my favorite bands got me to visit it.

A silly complain, but the clothing hanger next to bed was a bit on the way... my toes didn't appreciate it, maybe my own fault for sleeping on the same side of it 😅

Posizione spettacolare, in pieno centro storico, comodissima per visitare la città (occhio alla ZTL!!) a un passo dai bei negozi del centro e da localini e ristorantini pittoreschi, Pistoia merita veramente una visita. Mi è piaciuta molto l'atmosfera antica di tutto il palazzo e la ristrutturazione del b&b, veramente di charme

Struttura accogliente e molto curata nel centro di Pistoia. È all'interno di un palazzo storico meraviglioso e le finiture dell'appartamento ne sottolineano l'unicità. La signora Anna gentilissima e disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste! Assolutamente consigliato!

Nothing really.

The location was OK. Unfortunately , it was almost impossible to find. Nobody could help us find the location of the B&B. We found it by chance.Parking was a huge pain in the ass. Almost impossible to get in and out with my Audi Q5. The room, average at best. WIFI did not work, even after contacting the owner. The lift was not working when we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. If it wasn't for the cleaning lady being around, we would not have gotten into our room. It was pure luck.
