Anna greeted me when I arrived and she was kind and good-humored. This was a very pretty place and peaceful at night. I was very comfortable and happy to be there.

The B&B has a great location in an antique building (very well maintained) right in the city center of Pistoia. The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was helpful and easy going. Beds are comfortable. Feels like home!

Breakfast is fair, but could be improved. I found the room rate a bit expensive, especially during off season.
