The appartement was beautiful, it has a great location in the city centre and with parking around the corner. It has a good bed, the airco worked well and it is possible to use the fridge. We would definitely recommend for a stay in Pistoia.

This property was one of 2 bedrooms in a good sized apartment. It is conveniently located near the center of town within a 5 to ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. Each bedroom has a full sized bed an en suite bathroom. The room has its own remotely-controlled AC that is very effective. The apartment is in a lovely old building, as are most places in Pistoia. There is a beautiful and massive door to the entry. There is a nice open lobby area, with about 6 steps up to the main staircase and a very tiny, but very functional and appreciated elevator. Since we were in Italy for a formal wedding had more luggage than usual. This coupled with the fact that each floor has very high ceilings and therefore each floor had over 20 steps, it was nice to be able to use the elevator. The area outside the bedrooms is nice, but not air conditioned. The kitchen has searing for 4. There is a lovely balcony off the kitchen, which is comfortable earlier in the morning, but heats up by 10. The view is mostly of other apartments, though you can see the Pistoia cathedral steeple, but little else Very conveniently located. Reasonable size for the cost.

While the owner speaks English, the person who met us at the apartment spoke no English. It made communication a bit of a challenge, but she was patient with us, so we both managed get everything figured out. The living area shown in the pictures is quite nice, but not air conditioned. This is listed as a bed and breakfast. Compared to other places we stayed the breakfast was minimal. It is completely self-serve. There is a Nespresso espresso maker, a hot pot and tea, and a carton of milk in the refridgerator.. There are packs of yogurt in the refrigerator. There is a jar of granola and a few pastries, some pre-packaged, a fruit tart, and some cake that was dry. None of it was particularly tasty, but it was sufficient The bed was like most beds we had in Italy, fairly hard and little cushioning on the top.

Liked the old historic location. Well located. Not to far from a station.

Shower is very small and bed not so comfortable.

Nice room in the historical center of Pistoia. It had all the comforts. The hostess Anna is very kind and helpful.

The parking is difficult even though we had a permission for ZTL.
