Sigiri Mount Villa & Restaurant

The touristic places are nearby and by car or Tuk tuk easy to reach. The owner and his wife are very nice and he try’s to help you as much as he can. The food is good and original. We had a room in the little house in the garden. The room was very clean. Good beds

The room was very noisy. You can hear the neighbours in the other room. It was no problem for us.

Pięknie położony, świetnie wyposażony i utrzymany. Czysto. Bardzo sympatyczni i uczynni gospodarze. Na miejscu restauracyjka z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Ceny wręcz śmieszne.

Consigliamo al 100% questo hotel! I proprietari sono estremamente gentili, ospitali e disponibili. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La sala comune è molto accogliente. La cena a base di cibi locali è stata veramente deliziosa. Il posto migliore per soggiornare a Sigiriya!

Локация идеальная. Кругом магазины и кафе. Достопримечательности все рядом. Чистая комната, места немного, но для тех кто приходит только спать идеально. Персонал очень заботливый и отзывчивый. Завтрак был вкусный, поскольку владелец в прошлом повар.

Соседи утром врубали музыку, к вилле конечно не имеет отношения

I proprietari sono stati sempre molto disponibili e presenti, gentili e attenti alle nostre richieste. La posizione è ottima per visitare la rocca. Anche la colazione e la cena è stata abbondante e di buona qualità. Piacevoli chiacchierate con i proprietarie e ottimi consigli sul proseguimento della vacanza.

The host are a great friendly couple. They are super helpful and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They cook the food in the restaurant themselves and its very good. They help you book drivers if needed.

Room can feel a bit small for two people but if your just there for a few nights its very manageable. One morning, the house next door started to play music obnoxiously at 7:45am , it felt as if someone was banging on our room walls. This has nothing to do with the villa but it was an unpleasant alarm clock.

We stayed 5 nights and can highly recommend it. We were warmly welcomed with a fruit juice and ended our stay feeling like family. Our host makes the most amazing Sri Lankan dishes to order so food is always fresh and very tasty. We can also recommend the mango juice it was delicious 😋 The room was clean, shower hot, air con good, we had kettle, tea coffee,mosquito net and even a hairdryer. Our host also helped with arrangements for tours at very good prices - matching pick me prices with additional stops along the way. They couldn’t do enough for us and I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to them for making us feel so welcome. I do not do reviews very often but feel these guys really deserved to be recommended so don’t hesitate to come and see for yourselves.

The couple who ran/owned the villa were lovely and made the stay brilliant. It felt homely and comfortable, and they couldn't have been happier or more polite. The food was reasonably priced , especially considering hotel/villa prices. But the food was exceptional, although very large portions! The husband has cooked for of Sri Lanka and we know why! It was also nice to have somewhere providing mosquito nets and mosquito plug ins as not many stays have provided this for us during our travels.
