Wonderful location for extending Golden Circle into 2-day. The room was clean and completely sufficient for one night stay.

Sadly, the state of the bathroom was not good, the bathroom was certainly not cleaned before our stay. Moreover, the shower facilities were also not great - it was almost impossible to achieve water temperature that was neither freezing nor scalding hot. Soap was not provided in the shower.

We really appreciate staying there, it was so peaceful, great place to see Aurora, the house is spacious with beautiful wood room! The beds are super comfortable. There’s a heater running, kitchen, you can wash your own laundry in washing machine! We also enjoy if because we and two other people were the only guests!! Beuatiful. There’s also a space where you can dry your clothes and it was dry over night thanks to heating! This is brilliant! I loved the design in house as well. It has heart in it.

I’d just add newer sharp knives! There are only big ones and kinda old and I’d be careful while using them! In the kitchen could be just the basic - salt and pepper, doesn’t cost much and we had it in other guest houses so this was suprising. And the shower is a lil hard to get properly working - you have to be patient with managing cold and warm water at the same time and if you don’t have patience or are after long trip, it’s a bit exhausting 😁so you either going to burn yourself or do a cold shower! We showered just once because there are many hot baths, lagoons and swimming pool nearby and there’re showers so no issue at all in the end.
