Location is good, it is a nice place as a stop in your tour of the Golden Circle - it is very close to Geysir , Gullfoss Falls and Friðheimar the tomato greenhouse. This place is easy to find, we were given detailed instructions how to find a room, kitchen is well equipped, I missed only normal knives. It is also nice place to see aurora.

it was very cold in the room, we got an extra heater so we managed to sleep - that night was very windy so maybe that was the reason, also bathroom needs little renovation

Everything was clean: my room, the common areas and the bathroom. A towel was at my disposal. Finally, the rules of cleanliness were well written and respected.

Hot water unable to sustain a shower. Is in the middle of no where and they provide nil tea/coffee/creamer or milk.

The location near the Secret lagoon

There was no staff, they were supposed to send me my room and information a day before my check in and they didn’t, and once I got there and asked for it, I had to wait in the door 40 minutes until they answered me. I also asked for the heating (it was very cold) and they never answered me back. The oven didn’t work either. Also the room was tiny and with low ceiling.
