The house was cold - the heaters didn't provide much heat. No lounge/comfy place to sit. Really just the kitchen table I was the only guest but they put me upstairs in an attic style room that literally was big enough just for a single bed. More like an oversize cupboard No tea/coffee/milk The shower was terrible. Poor water pressure for hot water, and then the slightest turn of the cold water turned the entire shower cold The house was unlocked when I got there and didn't seem to be able to be locked - I didn't feel safe in a house I couldn't lock. I was able to lock my bedroom

The shared living area was nice and the shower & washing machine worked well.

Room #6 (the room with one twin bed) smelled very strongly of urine. Badly enough that my teenager had to share a single bed with me in our room. I messaged the owner about this and was directed to open a window (which did not help). I have never left a bad review on booking before - but when I messaged the owner the next morning to say thank you for letting us stay, but please know that the mattress needs replaced, I received zero response. Had they apologized and thanked me for letting them know, I would leave a nice review. They do not seem to care and the urine smell is certainly not fresh.
