Perfect location to explore St Ives. The guest house is cosy, comfortable and impeccably clean. Lovely touch with the homemade flapjacks available. Instructions were clear for self check-in.

"Very Good"

The location was simply impossible to beat. The room and toilet were really clean and the instructions received beforehand to get into the room were crystal clear. The parking space was very convenient too.

Even though we were told about the space constraints of the room we were assigned to, it was quite uncomfortable to get around in the Du Maurier room. If you’re 180cm or taller (like in my case) it would definitely be a problem even for showering. I’m not sure about the other 2 rooms but Du Maurier is definitely challenging. Also, I would have appreciated a bit of extra human touch when checking in or during the overall stay even though we knew this was a self-checkin/checkout accommodation.

Perfect location. Quaint and tidy. Well equipped with a fan and all round perfect for our stay and the price point. The complimentary flapjack was some of the best flapjack I have ever tasted! Would highly recommend this stay.

Lovely property, very clean, lots of little extras such as the homemade flap jack and fruit, biscuits, water and tea and coffee facilities in the room, lovely fluffy towels and soft and comfy bed linen

This is my 3rd time staying here and I love it every time. The guest house is beautiful, full of charm and character and lots of lovely details and extras -very comfy beds, lovely towels and linen, flapjacks and fruit...the rooms are lovely, Amanda and family are very nice and the house is incredibly central but also still quiet.

Die Lage, das Gebäude und die generell Ausstattung.

Zimmer ist eher eng, aber ok. WC und Dusche getrennt, aber privat und auch ok.
