The Southbourne Villa

Everything, The hostess, the whole house etc. breakfast was amazing. Our room was beautifully laid out and spotlessly clean. Karen is a wonderful host, very tentative. The best B&B we have ever stayed in. 5 🌟. Would recommend to everyone.

My mum and stepdad loved their night away. The accommodation was amazing and the breakfast was beautiful they were so impressed they booked before they left to come again. They also said the Hostess was welcoming and friendly

Karen was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was great, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious

On arrival, Karen was warm and welcoming and straight away we felt very at home. As there was only us and another couple we were offered an upgrade of our room. Both rooms however were spotlessly clean, a great size and presented lovely, we did though accept the bigger room. The villa is beautifully decorated and thought out throughout. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from, all very fresh and made on time to your chosen time slot. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely book here again. Thank you Karen for a comfortable and enjoyable 2 night stay.

Lovely B&B with parking & in a central position. Karen was very welcoming & friendly. Breakfast was brilliant, for both myself & my partner who is vegetarian. Our room was lovely with a four poster bed, everything was very clean & comfortable. Karen was particularly kind by making my breakfast later than normal timings so I could do a Park run - thank you. We had a super couple of days despite the rain & hope to return.
