Room had nice decor, design and finishes. A small fridge is available, can be useful. Compact pod-type espresso coffee machine included, very useful. Furniture in the room was good, but could do with a small luggage rack and a couple of clothes hangers. Quiet court yard The whole building itself is nice. The staircase is spacious, with wide and comfortable steps The receptionist was very helpful and had a particular sense of humor.

Manager very helpful despite having to stay around until we arrived at 1:30am (due to flight delay and no trains/busses running). Well located and nice old building.

Zentrale und ruhige Lage. Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich, schön und sauber. Kleines Frühstück (Kaffee, Croissant) vorhanden. Vermieter lotst gut zum Eingang. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice, cozy, clean apartment, the owner was really friendly, he gave us good recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed and the location is central.

The host was super helpful and kind and the room was beautiful! The location was perfect for using public transport and walking around!

Great place to stay in Venice. Close to restaurants and attractions but on a quiet location. Older vibe, tons of artwork from family collection. Good breakfast.
