Bed was comfortable and view was very nice

Didn't have water from one evening until morning. Bed pillows were dirty, cockroaches in the sink, bathroom was dirty

Walking down the stairs to get to the room but a small price to pay for the view

The location is very nice, lake side and with great views from the rooms

The rooms have no isolation at all, you can hear people speaking, moving things in their room, phone calls... from at least 2 rooms away! The restaurant was almost inexistent, when asking for it we were advised by the owner to look at the nearby restaurants. The lake side part of the hotel is really unmaintained and run down. On arrival out bed sheets were dirty and I had to request to change them. No room cleaning done during our 4 night stay
