"Good"

The room is good but there are a few easy things they could change/ add which would make the stay much more comfortable. Location is really good, boat stops right outside and close to restaurants and bike hires.

Shower water is freezing, wifi doesn’t reach the rooms, no toilet roll, only one plug socket in the room, no bin in the room and no hooks for towels, no mirror above the bathroom sink.

"Don't visit this place! You deserve better!"

The exit

We found bedbugs in the room, and seeing the other room we did not feld like staying in this place. Because the hygiene was not priority in this place. So we went to the reception and explained the situation. They didn't got our point so i asked them should i come back tommorow to discuss this. We booked another stay for this night. The next day i did come back to talk about it, but the people didn't want to bring any solution and no refund. Worst experience in asia sofar. The place looks like it has been abandoned. Bathroom full of mold. The front op the room has airvends in them but no mosquito-nets in front of them, so all the insect can fly into the room

"Disappointing"

Very large room with a terrace overlooking the lake. Bed was quite comfy. Laundry service and scooter rental available. Water pressure in the shower was great!

The bathroom was full of mold. There were several cockroaches. The big window did have slits at the top without a mosquito screen so that bugs and mosquitos could get in easily. There was no nightstand and no nightlight. The owners were not super friendly and I felt like they tried to rip me off (e.g. laundry was supposed to be 100 rupiah (I paid about 60 everywhere else) and booking more nights directly with them would be more expensive than on booking - they were willing to negotiate on the prices though). Their English was also not the best so that communication wasn't too easy. Walls were quite thin so I could hear my neighbours' every word.
