Beautiful patio and garden area. Excellent location for attending events at the high school. Met my accommodation needs well.

Very poor sound insulation between rooms — noise from neighbouring rooms, including snoring and intimate activity, was clearly audible and echoed. Pillows were not very comfortable. Bath water pressure was extremely low, making the bath very slow to fill. TV remote batteries were flat, requiring manual channel changes.
