Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, Pool ist nett, Personal hilfreich, Essen gut, Lage zentral

Die Lage ist nur empfehlensweet für “Party people”, weil es sehr laut ist von den Strassen, die direkt vorbeiführen (und ständig gehupt wird) und von den angrenzenden Bars, die jeden Abend lauteste live Musik haben. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist man verloren😴

-Electronic communication via Booking with the property was friendly. -Staff on-site was helpful and friendly.

-No Wifi on arrival day, no Wifi the next day. -Power outage on arrival day, power outage the next day. -Noisy (nearby street) -Staff is only on-site for a limited number of hours per day (until 5pm). -Had paid for 3 nights. I stayed 1 night. -No partial refund was offered by Despacito Loft & Lounge by Bukit Vista, but I also did not ask for a refund. I just wanted to leave.

The location is very good! Close to everything

Las escaleras en la pieza son muy empinadas, cuesta subir y bajar a las camas.

The accommodation was in an excellent location , very central to most places, short scooter ride to beaches and gyms.places comes with aircon and overlooked pool. Very nice

The safe box was not attached to the wall, and the stairs were too steep.

Am Hotel haben mir besonders die zentrale Lage, das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das sehr freundliche Personal gefallen.

Nicht gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit des Pools.

Location was good & staff were very friendly

Water issues, hardly any power in the shower and at one stage we had no water at all the tap was pushing bubbles out then when it finally started to work the water came out yellow.
