Pool was nice. Bedsheets very soft. Central location! Relaxed at the hotel. Saw few other guests.

Staff did not speak English very well. So did not get any help or extra service. Small breakfast.

I caught them giving me unwashed towels. I stayed there for 7 nights and would walk over and get new towels. Usually they give me them right away but one time they went into back for long time then she went to office to get a bottle of spray which she tried to hide as she went into back office. Another minute passed and she came out with two damp towels that smelled of perfume or whatever was in that spray bottle. It didn't click until next day when same thing happened but I said something and another better English worker said to come back after 3pm for "clean towels" so what were they about to give me? All three staff that were there were in on it too. They don't care that diseases are spread through towels. Also the one guy that works there is always sitting in cafe area smoking with his feet up and the security guard just sleeps in the restaurant all night. I don't think there are any management here.

The location is perfect. In my opinion it's in one of the better parts of Uluwatu/Padang Padang, close enough to get into Bingin/Balangan, walking distance to the beach (if you don't scooter) and about 45mins/150,000 rupiah from the airport on a good run (early in the morning without traffic...). The layout of the property was really cool, it felt like a tiny Santorini or Greek island vibe. Bed was comfy and the staff always had a smile on their face - will definitely be back!

The facilities in the room are useful, but could probably do with an upgrade. The kettle was small and in average/poor condition, which I didn't feel so comfortable to use. The small kitchenette area is the perfect set up, without the resources. Only a small thing but having the air conditioner in the top room meant that the bottom floor rarely was cool, and instead really muggy especially after a shower. Could have done with a towel change out, atleast every couple of days, and no hooks or racks to hang towels on to dry properly - minor things and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The property was a little more tired and worn than the photos lead it to be. The stairs were super steep and felt dangerous

Location is hard to beat if you want to be near restaurants, bars, and shops. Would recommend to get the room with bigger balcony. We had a tiny one that had little purpose. Staff were super friendly.

Wish the rooms were a bit better explained as it didn’t specify why the one room was more expensive. The cafe/ bar there was dead and pretty much useless.
