A very clean 'spotless room with its own well heated large private bathroom, excellent breakfast with all facilities to hand

Nothing of note, couldn't get Wi-Fi password to work but we both have mobile data so it was of little consequence

The room was spacious and clean with all we needed for our one night stay. Also close to Bakewell for pubs/restaurants which was good as the cafe on site closes at 5pm.

It was quite noisy being close to a roundabout and even early on a Sunday morning we were disturbed by cars and motorbikes accelerating. We were also woken up very early (5.30) by other guests opening and closing doors to the rooms, this is probably not normally the case.

Bed or floor boards VERY squeaky. One of the other rooms plumbing making a noise with water pressure
