The lady caretaker of the place is a keeper. If it wasn't because of her I have probably went somewhere else. She is the nicest even we move to several rooms because the air conditioner wasn't working (two rooms) but she is so nice so we stayed.

Air conditioner is not working all the time. Ants and mosquito.

It’s just not good enough. I am a solo traveler and booked a room. The staff didn’t communicate anything when arriving. The room was tiny! So tiny there was no furniture other than the bed and a mini table. More annoying was that the WiFi was terrible and there was no cellular internet reception either. There’s a lamp that cannot be plugged in as there are no EU sockets provided. Why not? Most can handle both types. The pool was in use by the pool robot cleaner. Breakfast was not available because the chef wasn’t there. No one else can make breakfast? The last thing I didn’t like it that they build their property on top of the beach, effectively making it impossible for anyone to pass.
