The place overall is very comfortable.

The cr didn't have a lock, and the television doesn't have any channels.

The staff are very accommodating! They addressed all of our concerns and they even exceeded our expectations.

It was close to the beach and had good air conditioning.

The bathroom doesn't have toilet paper, the shower curtains were moldy, the doors were moldy, the bedroom curtains were stained, the sheets were very small, the internet was terrible, the pool was dirty, and the room wasn't completely clean.

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff are accomodating. Nice place to stay

We were satisfied with the location and would rate it a 3. However, the cleanliness of the space was disappointing, and when we checked out, there was no customer service—we simply left the key in our room. Not maintenance for checking in the swimming pool we clean ourselves. That is the only downside of the property. Also, there is no wifi connection and TV

Arrived 7 am. Check in was at 2 pm, and staff had a room ready for us by 9 am. Much appreciated

Staff was amazing. The room was nice and clean and the shower and bed were good. If the description of the accommodation was correct and the restaurant was open, we would have given 5 stars,

We booked this because the description says it has a restaurant. In the first description it even talks about having 2. But when we got there staff told us it has been closed sinds December 2024. We were there in March so I would think they had time enough to change the description. Now we had to go out 3 times a day for food and we really didn't liked that, if we knew we wouldn't have booked it. We tryed to cancel it but they don't react to the email. it's now end of April and they still didn't answer on my email. I think this is bad and false advertising. We had to stay or pay double for a different accommodation because it was non refundable, but non refundable is not fair if the advertisement is not correct.
