Well located and value for money

The steps outside the property were missing the handrail, which wasn't safe. My dad is un his 80s and I was worried about him going up and down the stairs.

The accommodation was modern, clean and in a good location. The facilities were excellent, good shower and a comfortable bed.

There was nothing to dislike about the accommodation. The walk from Penmere Station to the main road was steep and could be difficult for someone that has difficulty walking.

Spacious rooms, well modernised but tasteful and great shower! Comfy and large beds and nice bathroom products.

Limited parking - but plenty on the street out front. Not the most accessible with pushchair/pram.

The sofa beds were too uncomfortable to sleep on.

6m walk from coach drop of point ,can cut through the park and comes out directly in front. good communication as had a problem with my card and sent a link to pay . The Door code and room number got sent and no problems using .it does get changed every Friday and was sent new code that worked straight away . nice sized tv and Wi-Fi worked well .
