Loved the facilities, towel warming rack, fan came in handy!

Wish for more night stand space. Stairs, not close to bus stop so long walk with luggage. I recommend taking bus to city center/moor & then taxi to place. More time but walking up hill a mile with 2 rolling luggage was difficult.

Good location. Basic, clean bright rooms in quiet area yet very close to the main street, shops and restaurants. Having a kitchen with common area available was nice.

We had a pleasant stay at Park View in Falmouth. The location was a real highlight, very central and convenient for getting around, and having parking available at the rear was a big plus. The apartment was generally clean and well-maintained. The layout worked reasonably well for our group, although it felt a bit tight for four people. The room with the single beds was a good size, while the double bedroom was noticeably smaller and a bit cramped. We also appreciated having access to the downstairs kitchen, which was a useful addition during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay, with a few space limitations to keep in mind for larger groups.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few downsides. The apartment felt quite small for four people, making it a bit cramped at times, especially the double bedroom, which had very limited space. This could be less comfortable for longer stays or for groups needing more room. Additionally, although the apartment was generally clean, there were a few minor areas like the table and the kitchen counter that could have been better maintained. These weren’t major issues, but worth noting.

We were in room two next to the kitchen I don’t recommend this room as there is no sound proofing and guests chatter is very loud

Ensuite too small didn't know you could get sinks that small .Warning could not turn shower down too hot hot dangerous for kids . Could do with black out blinds or curtains. Too light

Cleanliness of the entire property; communal kitchen proved unexpectedly invaluable; parking facilities were ideal for central Falmouth; responsiveness of staff to address minor issue gaining access to room
