IbisHouse Farm Stay

Great stop between Agar and Dehli. The decor demonstrated that the family were true lovers of nature. We had the suite - 2 good-sized rooms, a lounge with a big fridge, the bedroom with excellent aircon. Lovely verandah to watch the wildlife - sunbirds and bee-eaters, house lizards, etc. They cooked us a great vegetarian dinner. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Loved the quiet location about 3km from Keoladeo reserve (which is amazing).- we had a hire car. Loved that someone thought this was an Accors hotel 🤣

You had a padlock to put on the door inside and out - interesting! Up a flight of stairs / no lift.

Big rooms with nice terraces. All the comfort you need. Ask to eat outside.

The food was pretty basic.

Our room 3 was spacious, clean and comfortable with a separate lounge and a fridge. The food was excellent and catered to our dietary requirements. The hosts were friendly and provided a great guide and tuk tuk driver for the bird reserve. Ratan was very informative about the birds.

Nothing.

The rooms were huge and comfortable, although the decor was extraordinary. The brothers who run it were smiley and obliging and gave us good home cooking. There are big terraces to sit out on. It’s in a small village, so we had glimpses of village life.

It’s on five floors with very steep stairs. It’s a bit shabby and just about adequately clean. The garden referred to in some reviews does not exist as far as we could see- there’s a scrubby patch of grass but no seating. Some of the reviews are a bit fantastical.

Clean room

We look for a hotel between jaipur and agra and found the ibishouse. It was ok but not more. Room was clean and comfortable, but for us all was very basic ,the shampoo was already used ,water wasnt enough for 2 showers,breakfast very limited and supper (we dreamed of an Indian home cook) was as written before,ok but not more than that. At the same price we paid we got much much better hotels in jaipur and other places in India.Overall this is 2 star clean place.

Lovely place to relax, to see the sunrise and sunset. Beautiful village with cattle and natural beauty.

Nothing in particular, it was simply great. The roads were pitch dark and there were no street lights.
