Janette is the host exactly what other reviews have written .This lady wears so many hats ,Reception check in , accommodation cleaner ,Chef , waitress Agony Aunt and to top it off ,head of security making sure everyone is back safely to her home after night out Phew !!!!. If only ALL hosts in Blackpool wore as many hats . The room i was in was good and a lot of tea ,coffee packets etc Breakfast order taken on arrival ,which good , and hot and lots of it . Janette you are what and why people always return

The only thing is that the mattress in my room has probably gone past its prime and had its time

Janette was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble. Even dried our coats on arrival, after being caught in torrential rain. Excellent experience.

Host was lovely and made a great cooked breakfast to your wishes. Room was comfortable. Walking distance into town and shops parking out the front.

Had trouble operating the shower.

A traditional b&b in central Blackpool, Janette was a welcoming host, Clean and comfortable room, The cooked breakfast was hearty and tasty.

I was made to feel totally welcome from the moment I arrived. Place was clean, quite and excellent distance from the tower and winter gardens. Breakfast was really good. I will be rebooting for next year. As a woman travelling alone I felt totally safe staying here which is important.

Janette was absolutely lovely. Stayed for 1 night due to working in the area. Was offered to come and park up at the b&b before work, arrived earlier than expected, and my room was ready ! Janette showed me to my room and explained how everything works then took my breakfast order ready for the morning. It had everything you need to come back after work and relax and get your head down. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable warm beds. Plenty of tea and coffee in your room too. The breakfast is massive and plentiful, I opted for a simple breakfast sandwich because I wouldn't manage the plentiful portions ! Plenty of cereals to help yourself too. Nothing was ever to much trouble. I've since stayed again and was working till 2am, Janette made sure I was getting back safe and even offered to meet me and walk back with me being a young female. Absolutely wonderful host and will definitely be staying again when I'm back working in the area ❤️❤️ Thanks again Janette x

Lovely friendly owner, had good recommendations for us. Comfy bed and spotless. Tasty and filling Breakfast, good quality Sausages & Bacon . Excellent location a couple of Streets from the Tower. Able to book a free parking space at the Guest house. Extremely good value. We will definitely return again when we come to see some Shows
