L'alloggio è bellissimo e la Signora Serena sempre a disposizione .. lo consiglio veramente non vi pentirete della scelta .. posizione strategica per i treni e i pullman nemmeno 5 minuti distano ..

Struttura pulita e moderna. Proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile.

Prezzo leggermente alto, ma purtroppo un po’ ovunque a Grosseto.

We had a wonderful stay at this BnB! Serena welcomed us like we were good friends – she was incredibly kind, thorough and informative, as well as putting constant effort in showing her availability to meet any needs, making communication easy and pleasant. The room we had was clean and spacious, and everything about the home was furnished and organized perfectly. It felt like a hotel! They also provided an extra pillow and blanket, plenty of towels and bottled water. Our bed was so comfortable that we honestly slept better than we had in years! The location is also super convenient — just a short walk from the train/bus station as well as from the town center — and the area felt very safe, even at night. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, we will be sure to come again. Highly recommended!

Nothing major other than personal preferences. For example: The cool-toned (white) lights in the room is something we personally don't like, as it feels too "artificial". In general, I think a neutral tone would be the most comfortable for everyone. The toilet paper was also very delicate, so we had to use a fair amount each time.

Very quiet, very clean, great bedding, and comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Lots of space high ceilings.

Hosts answered messages promptly. They gave very good instructions to access my room. By coincidence the hosts ( Husband, wife and young daughter greeted me on my arrival. 4 new rooms, very clean and comfortable share a very good kitchen. A Casa di Asia is 5 minutes walk from train station and 7 minutes walk from the old town.

The room has ample storage. I would use a desk more than the need for the large chest of drawers.

Comfortable room with all that we needed. Serena was really nice and sent very clear instructions for self check-in.
