Spacious room and bathroom. Street Parking out front. Under 10 minute flat walk into old town. Very informative host.

A sparkling clean guesthouse, with very comfortable rooms in a great location. Tea and coffee capsules are free and in abundance in the shared kitchen. A kind owner.

I liked everything!

The host Serena was incredible. She was kind, helpful and very accommodating on arrival time. The room was big and clean, with lots of storage, and the B&B is located in a quiet street. I would definitely come back!

Clean property, near train and center, easy walk, many local restaurants and cafes. shares kitchen, perfect for holding leftovers and drinks.

The location was a bit further from the centre than we would have liked, but it meant parking was always easy, and there were terrific restaurants very nearby. Serena was terrific, accommodating, sympatica, extremely helpful

Serena was very helpful. It was easy to make contact with the host regarding our arrival time and she was prompt at returning messages. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. A great sleep as it was quiet and shutters making it dark. The kitchen had great facilities so we could have breakfast.

Serena, the lady of the house is fantastic, she is wonderful and very helful with everything you need. The house is very very clean and feels much loved. Grosseto is very small but I recommend it for at least 2 nights back to rome airport

Clean and modern rooms, friendly owners! The city center can be reached by foot easily.

Everything was perfect! The distance to the city center is ideal, the apartments are perfectly clean, everything you need is available. Serena is a wonderful person who will help you with anything anytime. Thank you once again. We will definitely be back!
