We came ther to be be told they full after we already paid for our 2 day stay stood outside in the rain waiting for assistance unfriendly staff and spent money on Uber to and from the location which comes at a loss to me

Doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Is a commune and not a BnB. Cleanliness of a student commune that never gets cleaned until it develops a smell. Old furniture and broken down cars live in the property, driveway and living areas are full of it. No rules and respect from other guest. They’ll sit and have a fat chat past 10pm until after midnight in the kitchen so other guests don’t sleep, or other guest will come home past midnight and have loud sex with the shower on in hopes that it drowns the noise, but it won’t. Don’t ever stay here if you’re travelling for work, you’ll never rest enough to be fresh for work the next morning. No mirror in the bathroom and the room so, yea. Old and worn out dining furniture, built in cupboards have disconnected form the wall around kitchen sink. It really feels like living in a non profit accommodation for the poor and homeless. Where’s the guests money going??? Bookings.com ad says “ Modern Amenities: Each room includes a bath, dining table, refrigerator, shower, TV, electric kettle, kitchenware, and wardrobe. Private bathrooms feature free toiletries.” Most of that is false, you get a tv, lucky if you get a remote, rusted fridge, no table, no kettle. It’s a proper sham.

We have made the decision to check out earlier than planned, and I would like to formally express our extreme dissatisfaction with this accommodation. Please see the attached photos as evidence of the conditions we experienced. Based on this, I would like to formally request a full refund, as our stay has been completely unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we experienced continuous issues. To highlight some of the concerns: General Issues: Bathrooms are only available in some rooms, not all No air conditioning or fans provided No mirrors in the rooms No cutlery or basic utensils available (we had to purchase our own glasses and cutlery) Not all rooms are equipped with fridges Ongoing electricity issues One of the rooms had a see-through door, compromising privacy The swimming pool has missing/damaged sections Only one communal bathroom servicing three rooms Only four cups provided, which were dirty despite being in the cupboard Major Concerns: We paid for separate rooms but were placed in a family room (a cheaper option) for three days Multiple attempts were made to contact the owner daily with no response A complaint was also logged with Booking.com (please refer to call recordings) Excessive noise disturbances from a large group partying until 01:00 in the morning My father booked directly with the owner for a room for three people but was given a room with only one double bed When queried, the owner suggested adding another bed, despite there being insufficient space Upon moving into the room, we discovered it was already occupied by another guest The staff removed the other guest’s belongings to a workers’ room, hastily cleaned the space, and reassigned it to my parents without any apology or proper resolution Due to these ongoing issues, we were left with no choice but to check out three days earlier than planned. The level of service has been unacceptable, with no communication or accountability from the ow
