"Terrible administration and poor communication left me stranded."

The housekeeping lady was nice and helpful when everything fell apart.

The place overbooked and I was left stranded. I called the owner to confirm in advance and they said I should come to the property and call at the gate. After maybe 2 hours of waiting I got told there was no space in the accommodation and was sent back, leaving me to have to call favours to get a place to sleep for the night.
