Philip and Margi are exceptional hosts, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Guests are personally greeted, and they take the time to talk with you, which is something you truly experience very rarely. Even before our arrival, we received plenty of information, and the two of them organized an absolutely amazing and special safari for us; highly recommended! The rooms are beautiful, with great attention to detail, and the bathroom exceeds all expectations. Arriving with your own car is recommended, and Philip and Margi are happy to provide restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was also very good and prepared with care. We will definitely be back!

We have nothing negative to say, the stay was exceptional and entirely positive.

"Tolle Lodge mit netten Gastgebern"

Sehr großzügige Unterkunft in einer tollen Gartenlandschaft. Wir hatten zu zweit ein sehr großes Häuschen, bei dem es uns nichts gefehlt hat. Die Gastgeber, Margi und Phil, sind super lieb, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie versorgen eine morgens mit einem tollen Frühstück und geben viele Tipps für Aktivitäten, Restaurants und einen sicheren Aufenthalt in Südafrika. Wir können nur empfehlen auch die Safaris über die beiden zu buchen. Sie arbeiten mit einer tollen Agentur zusammen, mit der wir zwei tolle Safaris erleben durften.

Die Blue Jay Lodge ist eine perfekte Ruheoase. Margi und Phil sind fantastische Gastgeber. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Frühstück wird individuell zubereitet und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Hervorzuheben sind auch die vielen Tipps und Informationen, die man hier noch mit auf den Weg bekommt.

I liked the style of the property, the beautiful tranquil garden and its proximity to the Kruger NP and some very good restaurants.

Alles! Goede bedden, top personeel, uitbaters zijn super vriendelijk. Geweldig ontbijt. De tuin is subtropisch en betoverend. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen.
