This may be my favorite place I have ever stayed. They were incredibly welcoming, the view is incredible, the whole experience exceeded all expectations. We unfortunately were only able to stay for one night, but if I could go back and stay longer I absolutely would! You need to stay here!

from the moment we arrived (early) everyone was so welcoming and friendly. the property is so peaceful with a gorgeous view of the pool & mountains, and the room was luxurious and very comfortable. the staff had great recommendations of local restaurants and sites, and the breakfast was delicious. would 100% stay again and will recommend to everyone!

Claudio is the perfect host. The location is amazing, so beautiful. The garden room is great, nice swimming pool and great breakfast. All the staff are so loveley!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Dongola Guesthouse. From the moment we booked, the staff was super attentive and helpful. Claudio was welcoming and gave us wonderful travel tips and recommendations. Natalie and Rochelle always greeted us with a smile and couldn't be more helpful. The property was gorgeous and clean. Better than the photos! We loved lounging by the pool. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Excellent stay! Stylish room, top quality breakfast, great location and family atmosphere. The hosts were extremely hospitable and even invited us for a New Year BBQ-party :) We will definitely come back.

Great stay at Dongola. Hosts are very friendly. This place was renovated a year ago and its beautiful and well maintained. One of the best breakfasts we had during our 3,5week trip through SA. Quiet place to relax and enjoy the nearby wineries in Constantia. We can reconmend this place to everyone and we will come back should we SA in the future.
