The property was clean and modern

Description of property does not specify that the property is an annexe of the main family home, which is occupied by a family with a dog where noise is heard. Only countertop and plug in hob which is disappointing as it does not enable full cooking facilities. Property is smaller than images may suggest, living area is overcrowded (sofa not fit for 2 people)

It is in a beautiful area for total peace and quiet. The cottage is extremely well presented and has everything you need. Spotlessly clean . Can't fault it. Thank you Rachel

Now I did speak to Rachel about this before we left... the access to the cottage is quite steep so be warned if you (like me).are a little unsteady on your feet. I suggested a handrail and she welcomed my feedback. The only thing I couldn't find in the kitchen was a colander, so before we left, we bought one to leave there for when we return.. because we certainly will.

Location was off the beaten track and very peaceful. Pretty little studio style cottage, very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

Smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling in the bedroom. Would recommend one is fitted in the kitchen/lounge area as this is the only means of escape

Great location, quiet which was perfect for us but only a few minutes away from local amenities in the car

Sitting area too small. Shower cubicle floor was so slippy I feared I would fall every time I stepped into it

Such a beautiful location, with a stunning view and easy to get to good walking in Snowdonia. The cottage was charming. A comfortable bed and good shower. The kitchen was clean and lovely, though I was glad we didn't have plans to cook any large meals. We received good directions for finding and accessing the property. The area was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

Space is a little bit tight, but they've been thoughtful about fitting in all the necessary comforts.

Great base from which to explore the Llyn peninsula, lovely little place, perfect for a couple and dog. Place was spotless on arrival, was lovely and warm as well. can’t recommended this place highly enough if you are looking for a place to explore this beautiful part of the uk.
