we loved the location, it was peaceful no body around so could fully relax and escape. the inside is very cosy perfect for us and the dog

it was perfect, the only suggestion could maybe be a sign on the fence or a little lamp so you can see if arriving at night but there is nothing I can fault

Lovely setting close to porthmadog. Very quaint little annexe. Good standard of finishes very pretty. If u go into criccieth take a trip to dylans. Dog friendly & food lovely

Owners had been away so no heating until 6ish when we arrived which was understandable as theyd been away but no heating saturday morn was lovely & warm when we got back. Might be good to have a little halogen heater so heat isnt solely governed by main house. Was only downside to break

Loved the style and bathroom, doors, originality, parking available, WiFi, quiet location, tea and milk ready for a brew on arrival

Didn't meet the host or have a welcome pack which was unusual Dog hair on the sofa and bed, I did get used to it but not being a pet owner I was a little surprised Other than that, whole thing was fantastic!

Lovely space with amazing views Helpful host Dog friendly Welsh cakes were a nice touch

A perfect base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula... Quiet. Comfortable, clean.

An absolutely beautiful little cottage/annexe near Criccieth with fabulous facilities! It had everything we needed for a great stay, loved the milk in the fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The horses were amazing!! Would highly recommend for a quiet break.

Just be aware of the tiny lanes when arriving at the property, be a little on the cautious side, especially if you have a bigger car.
