"Ottimo per il prezzo, ma in sé non benissimo"

La posizione, il balconcino (presente solo su una delle stanze prenotate) il silenzio della zona, la gentilezza della proprietaria, il parcheggio, e la possibilità di usare il frigo (in corridoio, in comune con tutte le altre stanze).

La struttura è mal tenuta (saliscendi doccia rotto, portasapone fratturato, porta asciugamani rovinato) e poco pulita. Non sporca, ma neanche ben pulita. All'arrivo c'era una falena morta in terra. Il lato positivo è il prezzo, sicuramente ottimo per la zona. 42 euro a notte sono il prezzo giusto per questa struttura, se tenuta in questo modo.

"Ottima soluzione per visitare il parco nazionale dei laghi di plitvice"

Zona silenziosa. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Parcheggio comodo. Vicinanza ai laghi di Plitvice (15 min di auto)

Il gestore non parla inglese (solo tedesco, oltre ovviamente al croato)
