Good place to visit Plitvice (especially the waterfall and lakes). The house and the room are clean. The parking is easy, in front of the house. There is a lovely view from the balcony to the countryside. The host is available by message, thoughtful and accommodating (we had to check out very early in the morning). A lot of restaurant are close to the house by car. I recommend.
