Great location, excellent view, very friendly staff.

Bed was very creaky. Sink taps & shower taps quite corroded.

Right on the beach, sun loungers and towels provided. Amazing sea view from our room’s terrace. Quiet location. Restaurant on site. Very friendly staff.

Shame the restaurant doesn’t do more Sri Lankan food options but other restaurants nearby along the beach.

Per me sono stati due giorni meravigliosi guest house sul mare spiaggia meravigliosa, camera ampia con comodo balcone doccia stile europeo ( chiusa ) colazione preparate dalle mani della gentile proprietaria e che dire delle cene ci ha preparato i calamari come da nostra richiests

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’accoglienza da parte dello staff è stata calorosa e professionale, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole con un terrazzo vista oceano spettacolare. La colazione inglese è stata abbondante e varia, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Posizionata sulla spiaggia e ha 5 minuti di tuk tuk dal centro di Hikkaduwa, posizione perfetta!! Struttura consigliatissima, non vedo l’ora di tornare!

The location is convenient, and the breakfast was quite good.

We booked sea view rooms with high expectations, but were very disappointed. The hotel misleadingly advertises “sea view” rooms, without clearly distinguishing between full and minimal views. What we received barely qualified as a sea view, the ocean was only faintly visible from an angle, as shown in the attached photo. The toilet had a visible leak (photo attached) and the water pressure was extremely low (the attached photo shows the maximum flow we could get). Cleanliness was mediocre. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and the trash can had a dead cockroach inside. There was no option to pay by card, which was both unexpected and inconvenient.

Beautiful, big rooms with air conditioner, sea view and lovely, modern bathrooms. The guest house is situated right in the beach! The hostess is the loveliest lady ever, and she cooks like a dream!
