Crashing waves on seafront, you can hear throughout this 10 room resort. Menu and their fresh cooking was delicious.

With no regard for the guest, and without notice to their guests, they lock their high entry gate early. In the dark, quiet of the night, at a few minutes, after 11pm is daunting. Guests locked out try ringing Jasmine's phone numbers listed on the Internet and from booking.com, the numbers don't work, they're disconnected. More, whilst you've paid for Seaview, they'll attempt to downgrade your room. Boss lady has no understanding of customer relations. Somewhat of a bully. Her husband abd staff do as she yells. I tried to explain the important issue of getting a sign on the gate with a correct phone number and she doesn't seem interested in change. The rules written in English are in the room but there's nothing about getting locked out at night. Its incredibly spooky to have to wait outside in the dark, waunder in the next door bldg site on dangerous footing to see over the high wall for a frail senior so called security man. He doesn't respond to your crying out. Knocking on the gate doesn't help. Eventually, 20 minutes feels like an hour in a state of worry, they come to rhe gate and boss lafy asks who is it. They opened eventually but seemed to take delight in upsetting a guest . The fact they don't want to put a sign up, one that I made for them, is rediculous. Another guest had the same complaint two nights before. I have to question how many other guests will they torture? There's no bottled water in the room, no kettle, no tv, no fridge. They charge 250 Rs for water or go a few steps outside in a SL store and pay 130 Rs.

Wonderful hostess

Everything!! The lady host is so lovely and genuine and will do everything she can for you. The food is delicious and very fresh ingredients. The rooms are really clean and well maintained. The location is perfect right on the beachfront and quiet but an easy walk to other restaurants and bars and a short trip into the busy part if that what you want. We loved it so much would advise anyone to stay here and we will definitely be back

I want to express my great appreciation and gratitude for my vacation! The Khoyaevs made it just wonderful! Thanks) The guest house is a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa, but at the same time walking along the beach you can walk to the bars if you want activity and fuss. The guesthouse is perfectly clean. I took an air-conditioned room. The room has a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the sunset-it was great! But I want to say separately about the hosts - they are amazingly friendly and funny people🙏🏻 I will definitely come back! Super!

The balcony offers a magnificent vista, providing a serene ambiance for relaxation. The staff's cordial demeanor further enhances the pleasant experience.

The absence of bottled water, glasses, a kettle, coffee, and tea was concerning.
