They could also arrange a Batur Sunrise trip and it was absolutely amazing, we had such a lovely tour guide - 11/10!

Had a lovely stay. The room is clean and has a view of the lake. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants and hot springs within walking distance. The hotel is a 10 min drive from one of the trekking starting points to Mount Batur.

Beautiful set up with stunning views over the lake! The Luke warm infinity pool exceeded all expectations and the outdoor shower is second to none!! We will be back!!

After 2 weeks of eggs for breakfast, we would have enjoyed a rad more variety but this applies almost to all Bali not just D‘Khaylas

Beautiful outdoor area on the lake.

D khaylas is a great place to stay before do hike to Mount Batur, its located near Lake Batur. just aminutes walk to Lake Batur . We stayed only one night it was great stay. Ketut were great hosts. The check in process was easy and easy access to get there as well. The host very welcoming and they greet us with warm smile. Before going to the bed staff made a camp fire for us and he explained a lot about Bali culture and gave us tips on what we could do the next day. he organized a guide hike to Mount Batur for us, it was worth experience to see sunrise. The staff prepared a delicious breakfast for us afterwards. Before noon, he also arranged for us a boat to Trunyan Cemetery and cross on the Batur Lake, a unique cemetery in a Balinese village. Would definitely recommend the place and will come again. this is our unforgettable experience.

The views were 10/10. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organised the sunrise jeep trekking up Mount Batur for us. It was an amazing experience. The owner took so many photos for us so nice to have. He told us so much about the history of the area.

Beautiful family-run property. The room is nicely decorated. There is no aircon but you don't need one as the weather is cooler at night and the air is so fresh. The water dispenser in the room is the highlight. The view from the swimming pool is spectacular. You can walk to the lakefront and it's soothing to be close by nature. There is a local public hot spring nearby (10 min walk). The owner is friendly and the staff is prompt.

Breakfast and food have limited choices. The taste is ok. There is no other restaurant nearby. The road is narrow into rural areas and it's difficult to get to (that can be a plus and it's relatively quiet and not a lot of tourists).

THE VIEW!!! WOW! Nyoman was so sweet and helpful as was every member of the staff… so eager to make sure we had everything we needed!

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hut nestled amidst breathtaking views of the serene lake and majestic mountains. You can get the lake and mountain view just from your doorstep. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with carrying luggage, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
