The outside, with the pools and the view is very beautiful. Staff was nice.

Quite dirty. The floors, bathroom, hair and stains in the beds.

Amazing view, really nice staff. There was a little mix up with our room but staff was very nice and sorted everything out.

There is a lot of flies like incredible amount of flies but it’s the lake definitely not the hotels fault and the view was so worth it for us!

The calmness and view outside of the property is amazing. For a tips, just mind to rent a car or motorbike going there, because the online transportations are hardly to take your offer.

The structure is pretty near the lake. The view is amazing. The room is comfy and very nice. The staff of the structure is really kind. They are very open to help you and your needs. The breakfast is tasty.

There are a lot of flies. However this issue affects all the Danau Batur area. It is a problem of the whole zone and It does not depend on the structure.
