It's a pretty small hotel, wich is nice imo. Personnel was very nice and accomodating. I did the Mt Batur ascension with Made, an girl working for the hotel. She was super nice, positive and friendly

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas Abseits mit schönem Blick über den See. Das Personal trifft man seltener, aber die Kommunikation über Whatsapp funktionierte sehr gut.

"Peaceful surrounded by lakes and mountains"

Nice and quiet. The pool looking out over the river was nice. Staff accommodating, even allowed us to borrow a bike to go to the stores. Very relaxing as no TV so plenty time to talk, stay off devices and relax.

Flys, however we put the fan outside and this helped with keeping flys away. Also not many food options to choose from.
