The breakfast was freshly cooked and the home made marmalade was something extraordinary, Christine is an exceptional host who was ably supported by her husband Paul, hospitality providers could learn such a lot from these wonderful people as the service offered by them was truly wonderful , nothing was too much trouble and there knowledge and advice for for attractions to visit locally and beyond was second to none, Lynn my dear wife fell in love with the property with its peaceful and tranquil setting

I was greeted on arrival and warmly welcomed. I felt at home, relaxed and very comfortable. Both Christine and Paul make sure that all is good for you and that you have a great stay. The breakfast was superb with a variety of options, both continental and cooked breakfast. I would recommend the smoked trout that Christime catches herself. Absolutely delicious. Overall, a 10/10 stay. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I didn't like staying for such short time. Need to come back for longer next time.

Beautiful, quiet location in the heart of the New Forest, easy access to all the main villages and attractions. Lovely house with a stunning garden.

Friendly welcome and throughout. Filling breakfast with choice of time to eat. Comfortable room, good size and a bed in which you could not help but fall asleep. Lovely garden with a variety of wildlife. Several places to eat nearby and plenty of transport options nearby.

Cannot think of anything other than not staying long enough.
