Quiet location .

The location was pretty and quiet the food was delicious . The host was amazing and friendly, we enjoyed staying there and would definitely book again. 10/10

The breakfast was exceedingly good, with several choices, freshly prepared, home made preserves and served with a smile. The location is delightfully peaceful, tucked away, but accessible to eateries/pubs by walking a few hundred yards from the property, near a railway station at Ashurst just outside Lyndhurst and the line continues onto Brockenhurst.

Nothing to report on what we didn’t like. The hostess provided very well and has been running their B&B for many years and has a vast experience of what visitors requirements are. Delightful well kept cottage garden, small stream running through it. Bountiful hanging baskets near entrance. Very pleasant Hostess.

Lovely peaceful beautiful location and amazing hosts

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The house was in a beautiful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. A peaceful setting. A lovely hostess whom we found very friendly and helpful.
