We thought every thing was excellent the rooms were spotless.We were greeted by Christine when arrived and the breakfast was excellent we could not fault anything.We would love to go back in the future.

"Ideal B&B for stays in the New Forest"

Quiet location but restaurants and pubs within walking distance. New Forest on your door step. Owners very friendly and suggested place to visit within the forest. First class breakfast.

"We enjoyed a lovely weekend in this pretty little cottage"

Breakfast was excellent although not included in the cost via Booking.com which I had not realised and do not feel was made clear.

Very steep stairs up to bedroom, difficult carrying suitcases, but everything else was superb, cleanliness,bathroom, wonderful quiet secluded location and garden but close to amenities and tourist destinations. I wrote a review just after our return for Booking,com so don’t know what happened to that one!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, with outstanding views and peace and quiet the owners so kind and accommodating. Could not recommend this place more, worth every penny and very well priced.
