I liked the location however we had a car. If you don’t have a car it’s impossible to get around the area. The bathroom was cramped which was annoying as every time we showered the bathroom was saturated. The owners were great, they took care of us altho they didn’t speak English! The place was welcoming and homely

Better bathroom setup, cold drinks and beer to purchase, cleaner kitchen facilities

The place is really isolated and the grandma that checked us in didn't speak a word in English. She was really nice. The view is superb and the sound of nature, deafening. The taverna nearby serves great food and people are nice.

such a cute balcony with a great veiw, and such a lovely couple, really cute garden plus place to park if you rent a scooter! room was good, comfy beds and warm blankets, good hot shower!

wifi connection didn’t really work and some of the plug sockets were a little faulty.

This is a traditional accommodation, very clean and simple. The hosts are welcoming and generally unobtrusive; you are very much left in peace. The general ambience is calm and peaceful in a rural village setting. Our room was a good size with a large terrace. All rooms have a balcony of at least normal size. If you are on the Eastern side of the building it's a great place to watch the sun go down! The room had a double plus a single bed, TV (if you need it!) fridge and ample storage. The bathroom (traditional wetroom style) was clean, with enough space and plenty of hot and cold water with good pressure. The shower was excellent. WiFi is consistently fast. There is a well-equipped communal kitchen in the courtyard where there are tables overhung with vines. We liked the location overlooking the village, which is close to beaches on the south of the island. This is great place to stay if you like simple and traditional. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again quite happily.

Very little to fault. There are better equipped, more chi chi, places to stay; however, these are generally a lot more expensive.

The place was simple and nice.

The host are very kind, like your grandparents in Samotraki. Some rooms have great view. There is a small kitchen one can use for a coffee, even cook (has everything one would need) in a bit maybe rustic style, also a nice common garden with dinning tables. It is located close to the sand beach. Our impression was that in Samotraki most accommodations are a bit old-style and this location is a nice one, also if you consider the budget.

The bathrooms are small, old-style and with no shower cabin, hence when you shower water will be everywhere. The hosts are very kind, but do not speak English, only German and Greek, so it is not very easy to communicate. The first room was with twin beds, not with double as we asked.The refrigerator was not functioning well and the terace was towards a road. After a 2-3 days the hosts moved us to another room, with a great view and well functioning refrigerator.
