SIMA inn - Onomichi

プライベートルームを借りたのですが、広く、家にいるようにリラックスできました。使いませんでしたが、サウナもあり、のんびり過ごせる場所だと思います。

気にならない性格＆最上階だったので、特にストレスになりませんでしたが、子連れファミリーなどと一緒になると走り回る音が響くので神経質な方は向いてないかもしれません。

To clarify for anyone curious, when I booked this room it was difficult to tell if the toilet was shared or not. I'd like to confirm that the toilet is not shared, but it is only accessible from a shared corridor that leads to the other rooms in the building. Theres a shower inside the room area. The room is also HUGE! I travelled with a friend, and because the room is two tatami rooms with a partition, we each essentially had our own rooms.

Aside from wishing the toilet was inside the room's premises, there's only one window in the room; one in the shower room. Pretty small gripe, the rest was fantastic

Location was really great and the room was huge. The beds were actually really great considering it on the ground. It was a great thing to see that they were actually little mattresses. Very comfortable for tourists.

Didn’t like the self check-in didn’t like the stairs as we had to lug our suitcases up. Wouldn’t really recommend this for people over 50 because of the stairs and also we had to have a toilet that was outside the room. Other than that it was great.

Spacious room and a terrace.

The map on the instruction to find the first hotel was not very helpful. By chance we bumped into someone else trying to find it and helped each other. No switch to switch off the light on the terrace which shone into the room.

Facilities were nice but the check in instructions could be more clear. For example a map would be nice
